The last time we saw the pair link up was on K-Trap’s 2018 track, “Deserve Me”.
Now, Yxng Bane and K-trap are back with new single, “Are You Mad”. This offering comes ahead of Bane’s upcoming project “Quarantime”.
On this track, we hear the artists flow over an AoD-produced instrumental, comprised of a simplistic, bass driven, drill-inspired rhythm; enhanced by the plucking of a guitar.
Bane perpetuates his usual auto-tuned melodies and conversational rap style. Whilst K-Trap offers hard-hitting bars with an assertive inflection. Both rappers use the track to articulate dialogues pertaining to “drip”, woo’ing women and road life.
