Streatham’s rising singer-songwriter Cat Burns has just returned with the visuals to her brand new feel-good single named, “Into You”.
Infused with a feel-good and summer feel, “Into You” is a blissful single that explores feelings of intention with a love interest. Paired alongside a set of Anna Fearon-directed visuals, we follow two young Black women around various settings who’s infatuation and love grows fonder over time. Built over an acoustic production, Cat’s butter-like vocals take centre stage throughout.
Speaking on the single Cat Burns commented, “For the song I really wanted to talk about the first stages of getting to know someone, it’s exciting, it’s nerve racking and you put a lot of pressure on yourself so I wanted the song to represent that. I wanted to showcase how pure black queer love is, how gentle and tender it is, and i think the video accurately shows that.”
