Brooklyn’s starboy J.I. has returned with the visuals to his brand new emotive track named, “Morning”.
Let’s face it, we’ve all been there at some point! J.I. explores a relationship gone sour, from being played to feeling manipulated, this melodic yet emotive drop is yet another top-notch track from the US hit-maker. Paired alongside a set of story-telling visuals, we follow J.I. around as he reflects on the time with his now-ex love interest.
Speaking on the meaning behind the release J.I. commented, “We’ve all been in this position before. I wanted to speak from my perspective about how I’m being played and manipulated and wanted to make a catchy song out of something painful. I feel like I was able to execute what I wanted to do.”
